Position Summary: 

Teacher & Judge

The Teacher / Judge is responsible for planning and delivering high‑quality academic content in line with the programme syllabus, as well as contributing to the fair and consistent assessment of student performance during competitions and academic activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the programme syllabus.
  • Judging student performance in competitions and presentations using established criteria.
  • Write clear, constructive feedback for students and complete all assessment and results documentation accurately.
  • Collaborating with other judges to moderate scoring and agree final results.
  • Lead assessed question‑and‑answer sessions, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Provide academic support and guidance to other programme staff as needed
Essential Requirements
  • Qualified EFL Teacher or qualified Secondary School Teacher.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and feedback‑writing skills.
Desired Experience
  • Previous experience delivering academic programmes or working in assessment, competitions, or similar educational contexts.
  • Demonstrated fairness, impartiality, and objectivity in assessment. 


​​​​​​​Organisational Compliance: 

The job holder will be expected to operate in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct, and any local policies and operating procedures relating to academic, welfare and safeguarding matters.  

Employees are required to cooperate fully with all arrangements in place related to Health and Safety which include implementation and compliance with control measures resultant from risk assessments and engagement with, and completion of, any relevant Health and Safety training.  

Working week: 

  • 6 days out of 7 per week 

  • 42 hours 

Remuneration: 

Gross weekly pay: Up To -  £699.45 

(Basic weekly pay £624.12 + Holiday pay £75.33) depending on qualification

FREE Full board residential accommodation included 


Staff uniform: 

All staff are required to wear the designated company uniform while on duty. Employees must ensure that the uniform is worn properly, maintained in a clean and presentable condition, and always adheres to the company’s dress code standards. 

Disclosure and Barring Service: 

If you do not have a valid Enhanced DBS and are not subscribed to the DBS update service, we will need to apply for a new Enhanced DBS for you. Please confirm this at the time of application.
